My Emily turned 6 today... WOW I can't believe another year has come and gone. My big girl will be starting 1st grade. I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. I am so happy to have such a wonderful daughter, she is so kind, sweet, loving and so much fun! She is growing up to be a wonderful person. We are so blessed to have such a sweet little girl in our family. I hope she has a wonderful Birthday! We love her so much. HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMILY!

Lake Tahoe

After Emily's last day of school we headed to Lake Tahoe for my cousins wedding. Before we went we were trying to decide if we should take the RV or stay in a hotel. After finding out that the weather in May is unpredictable, we decided to stay at the Embassy Suites. What a great choice we made it snowed on us the way up. Which was scary, it started snowing pretty hard has we made our way out the mountain and we had only about 3miles to go and our explorer started to slide on the mountain. I was freaking out thank goodness the kids were sound asleep and James was driving. We made it down the hill. Once we got to the hotel we had a great time my parents, brother and uncle were all staying there too. The kids were so excited to see Grandma... she spoils them so much. The hotel was great we had a great breakfast every morning and even went swimming in the indoor pool. We brought Brandon's basketball and hoop he loved it.
My cousins wedding was outside on the lake. It was gorgeous, but I know she was cold. She looked absolutely amazing and we were so happy to be able to share their special day with them. The restaurant where they had the reception did a great job of making room and moving all the guest inside since it started snowing. While they were taking pictures it started snowing on them, they got great pictures. The kids did so great on the 8hr. car ride we had a wonderful little get away. So glad summer vacation is here.

Fun days

I haven't posted in a long time so I thought I would start again today. My BABY (not so baby) girl is done with kindergarten. On May 21st was her last day. I am so excited to have her home all summer. We are planning lots of fun camping trips and hanging out with our friends. While Emily has been in school we have been able to some fun stuff. I love helping in her class and seeing all the great things she is learning. We still go to Disneyland and have play dates. Brandon is also happy that Emily will be home, he recently started crying when she leaves to go to school. So cute how he loves her. Brandon's new favorite word is 'why" and "I already did it". The other day when he asked why Emily went to school. I said that she had to go to learn new things and that when he was 5 he would go to school too. His response " no Dandon stays home".(for some reason he can't say the B in his name) He is for sure a mommy's boy and I Love it!

Brandon had a great birthday we took him to Disneyland, even in the rain. It really made for a great trip. It only rained for a little while and it was not crowded at all and it was a Friday night. We went on all his favorite rides. Since it was Brandon's birthday we let him pick anything in the store that he wanted. He ran straight to the balls and that is what he picked. Lucky us, it was only $8!

On Saturday we had is party at the Wild Kingdom which was the best idea, since it was pouring rain. The kids had a blast running and playing on all the jumpers. Best of all the only thing I had to bring was the cake. That was so nice, I did feel like I was forgetting something. I think Brandon had a great 2nd Birthday.

Happy Birthday Brandon!
I can't believe another year has gone by and my little boy is 2!

Brandon is a mommy's boy which I LOVE! He loves to play outside, run, climb, dance and sing. Basketball is his favorite sport right now. He talks so much and repeats everything his sister says. He has so much energy and keeps us moving!Brandon loves playing with his friends and talking to Grandma on the phone! My favorite is when he gives me a big squeeze. Brandon is such a fun little boy. We love him so much and is excited for another fun year!

Thanksgiving

It has been a whole month since the last time I blogged! Where did the time go? For Thanksgiving we went to my Aunt's house and had lots of fun. We had great food and spent our time with our family. Brandon had so much fun playing Basketball, which is his favorite sport. Emily was just a big help she loved setting the table for dinner. I am so thankful for my family and our Health!

Halloween

We had such a wonderful Halloween. Emily and Brandon had so much fun trick or treating with their friends. We invited all our friends to come over and eat and to take the kids trick or treating. My little Peter Pan had so much fun going to the doors and saying "Treat" and getting "Cany". Brandon ate tons of candy, it was wonderful watching them have so much fun. My Tinkerbell was such a pro, she would say trick or treat and thank you and then she was so excited to go to the next house. This was the 1st year so wasn't shy! My girl is getting sooo big. We were so excited that James didn't have to work this Halloween.

Cal Poly Pumpkin patch

On Saturday we went to Cal Poly's pumpkin patch. We had so much fun! James went camping on his annual guys fishing trip. Since he was fishing Emily wanted to have a sleepover at my parents house. We stayed the night and my parents went to the pumpkin patch with us. We were amazed to see all the pumpkins. The kids had fun picking out the perfect pumpkins. They also went in the jumper, down the slide and Emily got to ride a horse. Brandon was so tired from all the fun he fell asleep before we left the parking lot.

My longest friend Emy got married this passed weekend in Arrowhead. I was so happy when she asked me to be in her wedding. I love her some much and am so glad that she found such a wonderful man. They are super cute together ! I thought that nobody would be good enough for my dearest friend, until I met June! They are such a perfect couple. Their wedding was so beautiful and Emy was absolutely GORGEOUS!! Since Emy and I spent Friday together for the rehearsal dinner we decided to figure out how long we had been friends. We have been friends for 23yrs. Emy is such a great friend we have always been close friends even when we didn't attend the same school. I am so glad that we are friends.

I have a very active, fun loving little boy who is a monkey and loves to climb. He loves to climb up stairs, which he is so good at. I never worry about him falling down the stairs. The other day he went up stairs while Emily and I were down stairs. I heard water running so I ran up stairs and saw Brandon on top of the sink in his bathroom with the water on and sticking his sister's toothbrush in the water. I couldn't believe that he could get on the counter. He used Emily's stool then he realized that he still couldn't reach , so he used the lip of the drawers as steps and pulled himself up. What a clever little boy. Of course I ran and got my camera and took some pictures. The bathroom door has to stay shut or until he figures out how to open it!

The Happiest Place On Earth!

Emily has been asking to go to Disneyland so we finally went. We love being there it is truly the happiest place on earth. Emily believes that she is a personal friend of Mickey Mouse and he worries when she hasn't been to Disneyland in awhile. Today Emily had a game plan 1st renew her pass. 2nd go on a hunt for Mickey! In no time at all he spots him. 3rd stand in line to take a picture no matter how long the line is. We stood in line but Mickey was going on his break and would only walk by us. But My Mom is super slick and as Mickey walked by she whispered to him saying that Emily loves him and dreams of him. He stops bends down and gives Emily a hug. She is super exciting and runs over to me and told me that Mickey ONLY hugged her and he was so happy that she finally came back to see him. 4th Time for rides! Emily and my mom took the train over to small world and I pushed Brandon in the stroller. We got there before they did and the line was so short I decided to have some Brandon and Mommy time on his favorite ride ( which has a great air conditioning). As we got off Emily and my mom where getting on. When she got off she was licking her lollipop and told me that they let ONLY her take food on the ride because Mickey told the workers that she could break some of the rules. Emily had a very special day! Since we were by toontown we had to stop at Mickey's house to see him again. Emily just LOVES him! On our way out of toontown we stop so the kids could play in Goofy's backyard. Brandon had a blast follow Emily down the slide in the pumpkin and through the watermelon. We happened to be leaving just as the parade was going on. We were standing on the sidewalk as Mickey's float passes right in front of us. Emily has a red peter pan feather and held it high in the sky waving and of course Mickey looks at her and waves. Proving once again to Emily that Mickey does know who she is! What a wonderful magical day for Emily!

James had training in LA on Mon, Tues, and Wed. His work paid for a hotel for him to stay at. We took him out there on Sunday because my cousin lives really close to the hotel. We planned on having dinner with Sheldon, Michele, my Uncle Rick and of course Harley. Rick made some delicious fish tacos, rice and beans. He is such a great cook. He also made the kids whatever they wanted. After dinner he let Emily make a ice cream volcano yummy! It was so much fun hanging out and visiting my cousins!

Big Bear

Since we bought our RV we have been taking lots of trips, which we love! My parents have been wanting to go with us, but didn't want to go anywhere that was far. So on Labor Day weekend we finally took my parents camping with us. We went to Big Bear and stayed at a great campsite. This place had a pool, spa, tennis court, showers, free ice and they also would pick up your crash if you left it in front of your site. The lake was so beautiful and could be seen from our campsite. These campsite are available to own and then the owners rent them out. Some of the campsite were amazing. They had decks, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and flat screen TVs on the wall. We had so much fun! Blake and Amber were able to come up on Saturday and stay with us until Monday. It was so relaxing, taking bike rides, walks and swimming in the pool. I guess you could say that it wasn't REAL camping!

Grammy's Birthday

Two Monkeys Jumping On The Bed!

I have two kids who LOVE to jump on my bed! The other night they were at it again, while daddy was supervising. I was so excited that I had a my camera back from the repair shop, just in time for some great pictures. My Emily jumps with care and my Brandon jumps with no fear! We had to put a pillows in front of the head board and on the foot board to prevent Brandon from splitting his head open! They really had so much fun and we had fun watching them.... guarding the edges!!!

Kindergarten

On Monday it was Emily's BIG day, she started kindergarten! I was so nervous for her, she was not looking forward to going. I had been making it a HUGE deal and trying to hype it up. Emily started getting excited as we were getting her snack and back pack ready. James was able to go into work late so he could be there to see his baby girl start school. Emily was a trooper we walked her to class and she went in with no problem. We stayed for a little bit and watched her. She was so cute! Emily waved and we left. I was so proud of her. I was so sad, that my baby is in school, I did cry when I left her. I picked her up she said that she liked it and that her teacher was nice. Which made me so happy! Also my little shy girl told me that she raised her hand in class and told the teacher about our camping trip. She told her that she rode her bike while we were camping and that she fell off her bike. I was so surprised that she talked to the teacher on the 1st day. I guess she was ready for school.

On Tuesday it was James' birthday so I made him cheese enchiladas, his favorite! His mom and niece were also coming over. They we planning on making refried beans and mexican macaroni. I had everything out for them ready to go. They are cooking and my mother in law grabs the tomato sauce to open. (not knowing that I already opened it for her) she gets it and proceeds to shake it, tomato sauce is everywhere. While she is cleaning up, I turn and look at Brandon who is sitting at the table eating his hot dog. Nope, he isn't eating instead he had a travel shampoo bottle, which he some how opened and had it all over him and his hot dog. ( He already had a bath and had his pj's on) James gets Brandon and takes him upstairs and has to give him another bath. Now I am cleaning up all the shampoo. OK so you thought that was all! Now my niece goes to fill her cup with ice from the ice maker. Funny but ice didn't come out soda started pouring out. I open the freezer and sitting in the ice maker was a can soda. The can had a large whole down the side. James said he put the soda in the ice so it would get cold faster. After that mess was cleaned up I definitely thought You Got To Be Kidding!

Camping in the Sierra's

This weekend we went to our favorite place Sliver Lake! We were so excited because we were going with the Valdivia's ! We love taking trips together. The girls have so much fun together. They are the cutest BFF's! The girls did tons of fishing with their dad's super cute! Brandon and Dylan had a great time, hopefully they are BFF's in the making.

We went on bike rides around the campground, took walks to the store and sat by the fire, it was so relaxing. The most exciting thing for the guys was when they came face to face with a bear who was trying to get into the trash dumpster! James said that was the 1st bear he has ever seen in his 32 yrs camping there. How crazy, so glad that I didn't see it!

We had a great surprise while we were camping. I had just walked into the RV when I heard Julie say "oh my gosh, Melissa". When I looked out of the window I saw the Fleming Family. We had know idea that they were up there too. We enjoyed having them hang out by the fire and have some tasty s'mores. The kids had so much fun together and Macy was so cute!

Another great trip, the kids were awesome and we all had a great time! We can't wait to go again, next year we are going for a whole week!

Dodger Game!

On July 1st it was Lorraine's birthday, so we bought tickets to the dodger game. She loves the Dodgers!! Lorraine, James, Emily and I went to the dodger game and we had great seats. We had a wonderful time, great weather, lots of snacks and best of all the Dodger's won!! The highlight of the game was that Emily was on the Jumbotron. How cute is that, my baby girl was on TV. She was dancing until she saw herself and froze! I love my baby girl!

Emily's birthday party!

We had Emily's birthday party at the Chino Youth Museum. The kids had a blast! I was so happy, I was worried that the kids were to old for this place. They were not, everyone had such a great time. Emily was so happy playing with her friend especially her BFF Gracie!! They love each other so much. I am glad that Emily had a wonderful celebration for her 5Th birthday!!

I can't believe 5yrs.ago our precious baby girl was born. She was born 5weeks early she was 5lbs 15oz and 17inch. Once I saw my girl I cried, she was so beautiful and sweet! We fell in love at first sight! now she is 5 WOW, what a great 5yrs we have had. She is the most sweetest, kindness, loving little girl! We are so blessed to have Emily!!

My big girl will be starting kindergarten in the Fall. I am so excited for all the wonderful and new things that she is going to learn. I am also sad that I won't have her all day everyday!!

Victoria Garden's Fountians

We had another wonderful playdate with my stroller strides group. My kids are loving the water this summer! Brandon makes me smile he is super cute, funny and sweet! He loves the water, his favorite thing is to get himself wet in the face. He was running all over the place. I really believe that boys do not know how to walk, they run everywhere! Emily is getting so brave with the water, she is very cautious and is finally loving to run through the water. Emily loves to have her brother follow her around. She is the sweetest girl. I love my kids so much! We had a great day with a picnic. I was so surprised but both my kids stopped playing to have lunch. They are super cute together!

Fireworks!

We took a little trip to Disneyland to see the firework show before we were blocked out for the rest of the summer. I think we weren't the only ones with this idea, there was lots of people. We had a great dinner at the carnation cafe. It was the best place we have eaten at Disneyland. They also have the best banana split, so yummy! The fireworks were great. Tinkerbell flies through the sky and so does Dumbo! Disney sure is magical!!! Brandon was mesmerized by the fireworks. Emily liked them, but not the loud noise. She did say that she would like to see them again. We can't wait until we can go back!

Water Fun!

We went with one of my mommy playgroups to the Claremont pool. It is a shallow pool that is a a park in Claremont. They fill it up around 11:30 and drain it at 1:30, the kids had a blast. Emily loved helping her brother around the pool and playing with the water toys. She is the best big sister! Brandon loved the water, he likes to get his bucket full of water and dump it onto his face. I think he is going to be a little swimmer. We also took lunch and had a nice picnic. I love the summer!

Birthday!

June 14Th is my birthday, So this year we went to Disneyland. I wanted to receive my fun card worth $69.00. We all had a great time, the weather was perfect and I was spending my day with my family. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday! My mom has a pass so she was able to join us. We spent half of the day there and then my mom watched the kids and my mother in law took us to shogun's for dinner, it was delicious!James also bought me a new double jogging stroller. It is not any stroller, It is the best jogging stroller. Since I use my stroller with stroller strides Mon-Thurs. I love exercising with my kids.

Graduation!

So my baby girl graduated from preschool. Wow I can't believe that she is going to be 5 and in kindergarten. I am so going to miss her everyday while she is at school.
At the graduation they announced what each child wanted to be when they grew up. I thought for sure Emily would say Hannah Montana, or something on that line. Boy was I wrong she wants to "collect sticks all over the world" yes sticks. So I say she wants to be a world traveler! She also received an award for The Kindness Heart. She sure does have the kindness heart! We made her graduation a big deal I really want her to be excited for kindergarten. James had to testify in court in that morning but talked to the judge and they rescheduled until 1:30, he wouldn't miss Emily's graduation for anything. What a great Dad! My Mom, Dad, Mother in law, Aunt Joanie, Uncle Rick and of course James, Brandon and I all went to see Emily graduate. Uncle Rick video the whole thing. He was practically laying on the ground in front of her feet so he wouldn't miss anything.
After her graduation we all went to eat lunch at Emily's favorite restaurant Olive Garden. She opened her present and had the best lunch. She loved being the Star.

Disneyland!

It was Sunday morning and we were home relaxing trying to figure out something to do with the kids. We had nothing to do and James wasn't on call! We thought about the park, chucke cheese, etc. But nothing sounded exciting. Until Disneyland popped into our head, we have passes and are not blocked. So we asked Emily which place she wanted to go to and she said lets go to Disneyland! So we packed up the kids and went! It turned out to be a beautiful day. I thought it was going to be packed but it wasn't too bad. We got in line for Emily and Brandon's favorite ride small world. But when we got to the front of the line the ride broke. So once again we asked Emily what she wanted to do. Since about half of the people in line left. She said lets wait a few more minutes and in about 2Min's later the ride was working. Emily made great choices today. Brandon loved Buzz lightyear I think next time we will have to buy him the toy gun! He loved it ! The kids had lots of fun! We sure love Disneyland!

Silver Lake

We went camping again this last weekend. I was so excited we got to got to our favorite place Sliver Lake ,which is about 25miles from Mammoth. James has been camping there since he was 1yr. This was the 1st time I had been there with our RV. It was so much fun! The kids had a blast playing in the dirt, throwing rocks in the lake and Emily fishing. She is so cute with her dad, they love to fish together. James has no problem taking her fishing anytime she wants. Emily is such a great fishergirl. She caught 7 fish. We took her first stringer to the little general store and they took her picture and gave her a certificate. She loved all the attention! Brandon loved playing in the dirt. He is all boy for sure! They also got to go on wagon rides, which they love. Everything is better in the mountains, the food was great, the air was so clean and crisp.
My mother in-law, and niece Raylene also went with us. We all had the best time and did not want to come home! The weather was nice it was sunny in the morning and then overcast in the afternoon. The RV was great we would put Brandon for a nap and relax and watch a movie. We are for sure going again. More wonderful memories we made with our family. What a great family and life I have. We love the sierra's!!( so happy we bought the RV it is so worth the payment)

Grand Canyon

We took another wonderful RV trip. We are loving our RV!! We went to see the beautiful Grand Canyon with our great friends Julie, Gabriel, Gracie(Emily's best friend) and Dylan. When we arrived at the campground it started snowing, the girls had so much fun trying to catch snowflakes with their tongues. When we woke up the weather was perfect for us. We walked from the campground to see the Canyon. It was a great hike and the Canyon was amazing, more then I could ever explain. The kids did so great on the whole trip. We had so much fun hanging with our friends. On the way home we were able to stop at Julie and Gabriel's Havasu house. The kids loved being in their pool even though the water was freezing. We also went on their boat for about 5min's and it started to overheat, so they had to bring it in. What a bummer, but all the more reason for us to go back! It was also so rexlaing to sit in the spa while all the kids were sleeping. Another amazing trip in the RV. and we still have so many more trips planned!

Missouri Trip

James, Emily, Brandon and I went with my best friend Casey and Rambo to visit her Mom, Bill, Sister Jessica, her two nephews Seth and Noah in Missouri. This was the longest trip we have taken in our RV. It was great we had tons of fun! They kids did so well on such a long trip. We were gone for about 10days. James drove all day and we stop at a rest stop on the first night so we could sleep. We also stopped in Texas at the station of the cross. Then we headed to Kansas City and stayed at a campground. Then in the morning we went to a Cowboy museum with Casey's mom, Bill and nephews. It was so neat seeing all the memorabilia, James loves cowboy movies and history. We enjoyed this outing so much. We Then made our way to Missouri, and had a great time. We took to the Kansas City Zoo, went to a birthday party, ate some great BBQ, and went to an old town that was a replica of 1850's. It was so fun, the kids feed sheep, horses and chickens. On the way home we stopped in Zion and did 2 hikes and saw some waterfalls. We would love to go back and spend more time. It was the best family vacation!

7 yr. Anniversary!

On February 23rd it was our 7yr Anniversary. Time sure does fly, 7yrs later we have a beautiful home and 2 wonderful kids. Life is great, I couldn't ask for anything more. To Celebrate we went to the Temecula Wineries and stayed the night. Thank goodness for my mom she watched Emily and Brandon and they had a great time. This was the first time I have left Brandon over night. I was sad to leave them. But it was nice to be able to finish a conversation with James and have grow up time.
We had a lincoln town car and a driver to drive us to the wineries. That was the best idea ever. At the 1st wine tasting we each paid for 5 tastes. The lady helping us was the best she gave us about 15 tastes each. I could barely walk straight, we went to eat and then went to 2 more wine tastings. When we went were done tasting we were a little buzzed. Ok a lot. It was so much fun!! We laughed a lot which was great. I loved spending time with James he is a wonderful Husband and I am so glad that we have been married for 7yrs.

Valentine's Day!

We had a great Valentine's Day. Emily and James made me breakfast, eggs benedict my favorite. It was delicious, it was the best present! We got the kids a few gifts. We went to dinner at DaPilla's with the kids and our friend Sandra, Eddie and Ryan. We had a great meal. The bread there is the best.

Finally my little boy is 20 pounds! I thought Brandon was going to be rear facing forever. I think my kids are just going to be petite. Brandon is doing so much now. He has been really walking right after he turned 1. He loves playing and following his BIG SISTER! He is trying to say so many things. The words Brandon says

Another one of Brandon favorite places is the new Fontan park, he loves the pirate ship. He has tons of energy! What a fun little boy, we have!

Thomas the train

The wind finally stopped yesterday in the afternoon. So the kids and I were able to go outside and play. I set up their Thomas the train and they had so much fun! I can't believe that Brandon is so big and can ride on the train.

Camping in our RV

We finally got to go camping in our new RV as a family. We wanted to try it out so we went local. We went to yucaipa regional park. It was really nice, lots of trees and a lake. Emily and her dad love to fish, Emily is great at reeling in fish and casting. Brandon had so much fun in his wagon rides. I love are RV, it was the best thing we bought for our family.

It is a sad day for our family, My father in-law Ben passed away. He was fighting cancer but the cancer spread throughout his body. It was so sad for us but we knew that he needed be with God. We did not want Ben to be suffering and more. He will be greatly missed, we love him so much. He was the Greatest Father in-law, Dad, and Papa. He would do anything for his boys and grandkids. It was such an honor to have met him and to be a part of his family. I thank him so much for raising such a wonderful son. Without Ben I would not have my amazing husband and our two wonderful kids. He was in sound mind until the moment he passed.

Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas! On Christmas eve we went to my Aunt's house. We celebrated with our family and friends and ate some delicious food. Emily and Brandon are blessed, so many people love them and bought them so many presents. We are so thankful for everything that we have! On Christmas morning Emily and Brandon came down stairs to see all the great presents that Santa left for them. Emily said that Mickey the Elf must of told Santa how good they had been. Brandon enjoyed opening all of his presents since last year he was an ity bitty baby. I can't believe he is already 1! After opening all of the presents we went to James' parents house for breakfast. I couldn't not believe how much they bought for the kids. Emily and Brandon loved being with their cousins! For Christmas dinner my parents and Uncle come over and brought dinner. Thank goodness for Mom's! Emily and Brandon had more gifts to open. We had the best Christmas! I love my life!

My baby girl is growing up way tooooo fast. I blinked and she was 1 blinked again then she was 3 and once again blinked a now she is 4 1/2 and in preschool, having a christmas show! Emily was so excited for her show, she couldn't wait for all of us to see her perform. The night before, she woke up complaining that her ear hurt. As soon as the Dr. opened in the morning, I called and got an appointment. Yup she had and ear infection. She still wanted to perform in her show. Emily said that the only time her ear didn't hurt was when she was singing.( so darn cute) We went and she did great!She said she was the star of the show! Which is even cuter because all the kids were on the stage at the sametime singing the same songs. Of course I told her, "yes baby you were the star of the show" I love this girl soooooooooo much!
James missed her show he was in Santa Rosa for training, he was so upset! We missed him too!

Brandon had a great birthday party, he is so loved! Lots of people came to celebrate our boys 1st birthday. He was having so much fun playing in the bounce house. Everyone seemed to have a great time. I think this was the coldest day of the year. We were freezing, but the kids did not seem to care! I love watching the kids play. My favorite part of the day was watching Brandon eat his birthday cupcake. Super cute!

It has been forever since I have updated my blog. My family has been sick for about a month. From colds to coughs to sore throats, ear infections to the FLU! We have had it all! Thanks goodness we are all back to ourselves once again. Just in time for Christmas and Brandon's 1st Birthday. I can't believe he is going to be 1. Time flew by this year. We have loved and enjoyed every minute. As I was getting ready today so that we could get our Christmas pictures taken at the picture people. Brandon loves to take all of the stuff out from under the bathroom sink, which I don't mind since it keeps him happy! So anyway I looked down and didn't see him so I walked in front of the sink and this is what I saw!

Bike Ride!

James took Emily and Brandon for a bike ride. The weather was perfect and the kids loved it so much! Brandon was so relaxed he feel asleep. I need a bike so we can all go together. It would be fun for all of us to go bike riding while we are camping

Our Family loves Halloween, so we invited our friends and family to come over to eat and take the kids Trick or Treating. Emily loved going to all the houses to get lots of candy! Brandon loved having everyone at our house. He let everyone carry him. The only thing that we didn't plan on was James had to go to work and wasn't able to be home for the Halloween Fun. Which we understand he works hard so I can stay home with my kids which is so important to us. The kids have a wonderful dad who will do anything for them. He is also a wonderful husband who does so much for me and our kids. I know he was sad that he wasn't here with us, without him none of this would have been possible. Thank goodness that Casey came over to help me with the kids while I got the house ready. Also I am so grateful for my mom once she got here she decorated the tables and got things ready so when I got home from picking up the food everything was done. Everyone seemed to have a great time, once again I wish I took more pictures. Emily loved passing out candy to all the kids.

Mickey's Halloween Treat!

On wed. we went to Disney's Cali. Adventure for there annual Halloween celebration. We have been going since they started. We love everything Disney. This year we were so excited to be able to go with Melissa, Eric, Evan and Macy. We have a hard time being able to do stuff together with our husbands. They never seem to have the same days off. We had a wonderful time! Emily has so much fun dancing, she even got to dance with Goofy! Brandon had fun looking at all the decoration. Emily and Evan had so much fun together. Macy and Brandon were perfect Babies. We are so lucky to have such great Friends.I wished we would have taking a group picture.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Cal Poly's pumpkin patch. We had tons of fun! The Kids picked out some great pumpkins. My Dad met us there to see the kids at there first pumpkin patch of the season. I was so surprised that they have this pumpkin patch, going up in Diamond Bar you would have figured that I knew about it. But my friends planned this a family play date. I love doing new and fun stuff with the kids.

My Gym

I take Emily and Brandon to My Gym, which they both love. I have tons of fun watching them play. On the friday's that James is off he likes to take Brandon, which he is the only Dad in the class. My kids are so lucky they have the World's Greatest DAD! The whole family went to Brandon's class and they let Emily go on the floor and play with him so I could take some pictures. Brandon is such a happy smiley baby. He is the sweetest little boy!

Apple Picking

I am in a mom's playgroup. We have been doing some great activities. Yesterday we went to Riley's farm in Oak Glenn. Emily had a blast picking apples, she thought it was great. Brandon loved riding in the wagon and trying to take bites of the apples that Emily picked. We also had a picnic lunch. Emily and her friends found a ladybug.
Emily loved letting it crawl all over her. She wanted to bring it home as a pet. But the poor ladybug fell off of Emily's arm and landed on the floor and someone stepped on it. Emily was a little sad, but then realized she could find a new one. Another great day with my kids!

Big Sister & Little Brother

Emily loves being a big sister! She is the greatest, she love her little brother so much. She always wants to be the 1st one to go into Brandon's room when he wakes up from his nap. Brandon gets so happy to see her. It is the greatest thing to see. I love how much they love each other. I was worried about being able to give Brandon the same amount of attention that Emily had when she was a baby. But I can see that Brandon gets so much more from his sister. I LOVE MY KIDS!

Disneyland

We went to Disneyland, we had a great time. We picked a perfect day to go. It was not crowded at all. We went on all our favorite rides. We also got to ride on the new toy story ride. It was great we all loved it! I can't wait for Disneyland to start decorating for Halloween! So much fun. We are for sure a Disneyland Family! Here are some great pics.

My baby girl started school. I can't believe she is already 4! Emily was so excited to go to school. I was not as excited about my girl growing up. James was able to go into work late so he could go with Brandon and me to take Emily. Once we got to her school we walked to the playground and her teacher came over and introduced herself to Emily. We took Emily to her classroom to hang up her backpack, then we went back outside and got her name tag. Then Emily went to look for her friend Gracie, she found her and they were so excited to see each other. We watched her play for a little while, then we started to leave. Emily ran over to us and she asked us where were we going to be while she was in school. I told her we were going home and I would pick her up after she eats lunch. Her little eyes filled with water and she said trying not to cry OK, then she turned around and went back to playing. By this point I was trying not to cry. Once we got home James left for work and Brandon went down for his nap.I was all by myself, it was so sad I began to cry. I was so sad that my little girl was growing up. When I picked her up she was so happy to see me. She was so excited to tell me about school, she loved it! The teacher said she was a great girl. A little shy, but had a great day. Just wait till she gets to know Emily better, she will talk her ear off! So Emily was in school for two days and got sick. I guess I really never let her be exposed to germs!

Chuck E Cheese

My friend Roxie and I try to meet each other somewhere between our houses. So our kids can play. This time we pick chuck e cheese. Emily and Luke are the same age and have so much fun playing together. When Roxie and I were pregnant this is what we hope for. Her son Jacob and Brandon our 6 months apart and hopefully the will be great friends also. We wish we could live next door to them. That would be soooooo much fun!

Long Beach Aquarium

Today Emily, Brandon and I went to the Long Beach Aquarium. We went with my best friend Casey, her sister Jessica, Jessica's two boys Seth, and Noah. Also Casey's mom and Dad. We had so much fun, Emily loved looking at all the different fish. Brandon Had a great time, he loves kids and wanted to follow them so bad. It is so cute. Emily was so excited, she was able to touch a starfish. Which she says feels hard like a rock. We are making so many wonderful memories!

This was our very First Family of 4 Vacation. We had so much fun camping! Emily is such a big girl, she loved fishing. She would reel in her own fish, she is a pro. I was so amazed at her fishing skills. Brandon also loved camping, he was such a great baby! He loved his wagon rides with Big Sister. He also loved to sit with us in front of the campfire. James and I were so excited that they love camping, since we love going. This trip really convinced us into trying to buy an RV. We would love to do this more often. I had a wonderful time with my family! I am so blessed!
